On Demand Visits

This article will show you how to how to create and submit an on demand visit report. 

1.) To begin, log into the ThirdChannel app using your credentials.

2.) Once logged in, select locations in the navigation menu at the bottom.

3.) Find your location in the provided list and select it by tapping the red arrow icon on the right

TIP: If you have a long list of locations, you can also type the name at the top search bar to get to a particular location more quickly.

4.) Select the create visit button and then select the visit type on the next screen.

You have the option to start the visit immediately if you are already at the store or schedule it in advance.

Check in prompts will appear if you are within a quarter mile of the location. If you receive a distance alert, verify you have selected the correct store before starting the check in process.

5.) On the next screen, select the activity named visit details and answer activity questions based on the stores information

6.) To add images to your report, select the plus sign to add photos to a photo question, as shown below.

7.) For visit summary questions, describe any activities you participated in during your visit. 

8.) When completed with the report, click review activities to close that window and then select submit report to upload it.  Once uploaded the visit and submission is complete.
