Decline A Visit

 

You may be directly assigned a visit or given an opportunity to claim a visit. If you are not interested in accepting a visit, you will need to decline it so that others may have the opportunity to accept.

1. Tap on the Info button of the visit you wish to decline.

2. Tap on the Decline Opportunity link at the bottom.

3. Select the decline reason from the choices listed before you click Submit at the bottom.
