1. If you need to reschedule a visit, navigate to the Upcoming section.
2. Tap the Info icon of the visit you want to reschedule.
3. Tap on the Date & Time to begin rescheduling your visit.
4. Keep in mind that there may be scheduling restrictions.
Visits Cannot Be: – Rescheduled if they have been started or completed – Scheduled for dates in the past You May: – Only schedule on available dates and times – Only schedule 8 hours (480 minutes) of work a day |
5. Schedule the Visit (as before).
Rescheduling Assistance
If you are unable to reschedule the visit on your own within the ThirdChannel app and you still want to complete the visit without canceling, please contact our support team. Fill out the ThirdChannel ticket form by selecting Scheduling > the reason that matches your needs.
NOTE: For rescheduling multiple visits, submit ONE support request per program.
