Missing Information
Were you unable to capture all of the necessary information for the Visit Report in the allotted duration? For example:
- Did you forget to take a photo?
- Were you unable to speak to an associate(s)?
- Did you forget what you observed in the store?
- Did you forget to count the inventory (or customers/associates)?
- Did you forget to bring any of the required equipment/product to complete your Action Items?
- I don't understand what to enter in the 'Please Explain' or 'Other' field.
WHAT TO DO:
- Answer as best as you can with the information provided.
- Outline anything different in your summary.
- Send an email to your Community Manager if you are still unsure.
Different Information
Do you have a different answer than the options provided in the Visit Report Activity? For example:
- The store location is different from the Visit Card.
- The location is different from what the options provided.
- The product options are not detailed enough for me to answer
(eg: out of one flavor vs. all the flavors in the product line) - I would like to 'explain' my response and there isn't a field.
- I need an 'other' or 'not applicable' or 'none of the above' options for my response.
WHAT TO DO:
- Answer as best as you can with the information provided.
- Outline anything different in your summary.
- Send an email to your Community Manager if you are still unsure.
Lost Information
- Did you CANCEL the visit, and as a result erased all your collected Visit Report information?
- Did you mysteriously lose data that was stored in an unsubmitted Visit Report after DELETING or uninstalling the app?
WHAT TO DO:
- Collect proof of visit completion. eg: Pictures, store sign-in log, visit notes
- Contact Support for the next steps.
