Type a word or topic into the search bar and it will immediately display articles of interest to help you answer your questions.
Website Help Button / Panel
Use the help button - found on the lower right corner of each page on our website.
The help button will pop up a Help Panel where you can search for articles that can immediately assist you (e.g.: Help panel showing results for "scheduling"):
When to Engage Support?
If you find that the article in our knowledge base does not help and you require additional assistance, you can engage our support teams by selecting the Contact Us button - found at the bottom of the Help Panel.
Contact Us Form
To direct your questions to the right team, you will need to fill out the Contact Us form. We will need the following from you to best direct your questions.
- Your name
- Email address - where we can send back responses.
- The Brand program you are working for:
- Type of support required:
- Add additional details:
- Click Send
The request will be routed to the correct team and we will do our best to respond to your request (which is usually within the same day depending upon volume).
