Submitting support tickets through Zendesk will simplify the process when contacting your managers. You'll have one destination to submit all issues and requests.

Filling out the ticket form:
- Click on the issue box
- Select Online Chat Brand Rep if you support our brands through online chats
- Select In Store Brand Rep if you support our brands in physical stores
- Type in your email address
- Select the Brand that this request is related to
- Select one of the 6 Support Types that relate to your issue/request
- After you've selected the Support Type, you then select a subtype that best fits your issue/request
- In the Subject line, write a 3-4 word description of your ticket
- Treat the Description like the body of an email - be sure to include a full description of your issue/request and include your first and last name
- You can also add attachments if there are documents or photos that provide more context or are necessary for your issue/request
- Lastly, hit Submit and the team will get back to you with a response
