As a ThirdChannel Brand Rep, you have a customizable profile that contains essential information like your name, profile picture, address, phone number, PayPal information, preferred hours, and travel radius settings. Although this information was initially provided during your onboarding process, you may need to revisit it for updates. It's important to note that the ability to edit your profile exists solely on the ThirdChannel Mobile Website and is not accessible through the app.
Let's explore the sign-in process and how you can edit your profile from there.
Accessing and Editing Your Profile Page
1. Log in to the Mobile Website. For a refresher on accessing the Mobile Website, read How to Sign In to the Mobile Website.
2. From the landing page, open the menu.
3. Tap on your name to open the Profile menu.
If you're enrolled in multiple programs, you might need to scroll past them to locate your Profile.
The Profile menu highlights:
- Your current program(s)
- Your My Profile Information
- Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Other Available ThirdChannel Opportunities
4. After selecting "Profile," you should land on the page shown below. Select the "Edit Profile" icon to change your Profile information.
You can also review your Profile information by selecting a Program. Simply tap on the Program you want to view, click your name, and then choose "Profile." Viewing your Profile through a specific Program enables you to see your activities, locations, and earnings within that program.
