1. Ensure location services are enabled on your device.
ThirdChannel is socially responsible with all location data derived from location services. ThirdChannel only monitors retail locations that are associated with scheduled visits on the date scheduled.
2. Upon arrival at the store, launch the app and select start visit.
3. You will be prompted to Check-In to the location; it will automatically inform you of your distance from the store.
If the distance to the location is more than 0.5 miles, be sure not to check-in for the visit. The app will begin monitoring the store determining if the full duration of the visit is met.
Example of when not to check-in to a store visit:
As this store is still 4.98 miles away, the full duration of the visit will not be met if it was started before entering the location.
