Travel Radiuses enable you to define the extent of your travel. As a Brand Rep with ThirdChannel, you have the flexibility to determine the distance you're willing to travel for a Visit.
Your travel radius plays a key role in determining the Visits displayed in your queue – for example, a larger radius results in more available Visits. While your travel radius was set during onboarding, you can access or modify it anytime by visiting your Profile page.
Let's delve into how to view and adjust your travel radius.
How to View and Edit Your Travel Radius
1. Sign in to the Mobile Web. Note that changes to your travel radius can only be made from the Mobile Website (not the ThirdChannel app).
2. Navigate to the Profile Menu, then tap on "Profile".
3. Tap on the "Edit Profile" icon.
4. Scroll down until you reach Program Settings. Here, your travel radius is displayed in miles.
5. Adjust the number of miles to your desired radius.
6. Scroll down and tap "Save" to confirm your changes.
And that's all you need to do to adjust your travel radius!
NOTE: Be sure to notify your Community Manager if you plan to make a significant change to your travel radius, as it could affect their hiring requirements. |
