Missing Payment

If you're missing a payment, here are a few things to check: 

• Make sure all your Visit Reports were submitted on time—payments are only processed for completed reports submitted before the Monday cutoff (6:59 PM ET). 
• Payments go out weekly (Direct Deposit) or bi-weekly (PayPal) on Wednesdays by 11:59pm EST, so check the payment calendar for your expected date. 
• You can track unpaid earnings in the mobile app or on our website under your profile. 
• If you had trouble submitting a report or it didn’t upload, reach out to us right away—delays in contacting support can push your payment to the next period. If you need more help, you can ask to speak to a customer representative agent.
