Visit Reports

Visit reports are completed through the ThirdChannel Mobile App on the day of the visit.

As a Brand Rep, there are a series of Activities you need to complete regarding products in-store, the displays, and customers or associates involved with the brand.

NOTE: Visit reports MUST be COMPLETED the same day and SUBMITTED before leaving the location.

Some Activities include:

Action Items "Do this..."		Take a before and after picture of the brand display Train Associates on the new product line Update the POP for the next marketing campaign
Observations "How many..."		Identify any issues or problems the display may have Record how many Associates you trained Alert the Field Team Manager of missing POPs

REMEMBER: You will only get paid once you submit your visit report!

TIP: To be successful, get into the habit of completing AND submitting your reports on site and the end of your visit!
