Question Types

Throughout the survey you will encounter different types of questions. Below are some examples of ones you may find. Keep in mind some answers will require an additional explanation.

• Quantity

To enter in a number, tap on the plus or minus sign to the right or left of the question. 

• Single or Multiple Select

Some questions have many answers to choose from. With multiple select, you can click on more than one answer.

• Yes or No

• Summary

At the end of each activity you may be asked to summarize your visit. Tap inside the text field to begin typing your response. 

(*) When using Voice Dictation, Please be sure to proofread what the microphone transcribes as all reports are viewed by the Brand clients.

(Voice Dictation allows you to verbally speak your answer which will transcribe inside the text field. Tap on the Microphone icon to begin dictation.)

• Photos

You can take photos with the camera, upload them from your gallery, or you can select No Photo.
