Getting Paid

ThirdChannel issues payments through PayPal or Direct Deposit. Setting up a PayPal account is free. To receive payments, you also MUST activate your account. 

Direct Deposit option is only available to U.S based Brand Reps at this time

• You will need to enter your PayPal email address or set up Direct Deposit in your ThirdChannel Profile.

When will I get paid? 

Payments are sent bi-weekly on Wednesdays to all reps using PayPal

Payments are sent weekly on Wednesdays to all reps using direct deposit. 

Our Payment Calendar lists every payment date for the calendar year.

Payments are processed by 11:59 pm EST on payment day.  

Payments are directly tied to the completion of your Visit Reports.

Please reach out to support proactively if you are experiencing submission issues. A delay in reaching out may delay payment to the following pay period.

You need to make sure your reports are submitted ON-TIME or there is no way to pay you for your work!

The cut off to submit reports to be included in a particular payment period is the Monday before payment day at 12:00 AM UTC. 

If you submit a report after that time, it will be included in the next payment period.
