Effective immediately (Friday, March 20, 2020), ALL ThirdChannel visits will be withdrawn in accordance with government, store, and customer policies. Visits will be on pause until at least the first half of April.
When can we expect to resume visits?
ThirdChannel expects to resume all visits in mid-April, but we are continuously monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for updates as your safety is our number one priority. We will be updating this page with new information as we receive it.
Additional payday for any unpaid visits:
In order to ensure you receive payment for a completed visit before all visits are pulled, you MUST submit by Friday, March 20, 2020, at 11:59 pm ET to be paid out by Friday, March 27, 2020.
What are my options for making up for lost income?
Other than paid for online or video training, store visits are an essential part of each agent’s work. At the current time, there are no alternatives for you to perform work from home. Unfortunately, you will only get paid for visits you were able to complete at the store location.
