Should you experience an error while Submitting the Visit Report, first, make sure you are connected to a strong WiFi connection or turn on your data cell service.
Visit Reports will upload to the COMPLETED tab.
How do I know if my Visit Report did not upload?
- The Visit Report will upload in the completed tab until there is a stable and a strong internet connection.
Note: If you submit OFFLINE, the Visit Report will remain in this tab and retry automatically once WifFi has been established.
- An Upload Failure will occur when a Visit Upload Error banner is displayed above and the Visit card becomes red with a RETRY UPLOAD button.
- After trying the RETRY UPLOAD button and you still experience a delay OR a 'Report Cannot Be Sent' message: You must immediately contact support so our team can help submit the Visit Report in order for you to be compensated for your time.
