If you return to the ThirdChannel app to complete your Visit Report and DO NOT see your Visit Card, there are only three reasons for this to happen:
- The Visit expired (ie: No dates available to schedule)
- You failed to complete and submit an In Progress Visit Report
- You failed to communicate about an Overdue Visit
You should have already received a notification about your scheduled visit from a member of the ThirdChannel team. Review and respond to the notification for further information.
