Once you Start a Visit, a list of Activities will display all required items that need to be completed for your Visit Report. The Submit Report button is always found at the bottom of this list.
Started Visits, with incomplete Activities, will display the Submit Report button as disabled or 'inactive' (GREY). Once all the required activities are completed, the button will become enabled or 'active' (RED) and ready for you to tap and Submit the Visit Report.

Disabled or 'Inactive' (Grey) Submit Report Button
(Note - Activities with a red bar are required)

Enabled or 'Active' (Red) Submit Report Button
You will know that you completed all the required Activities in the report when each of the Activities in the list no longer has the red 'required' bar and have a 'completed' checkmark to the right.
The Submit Report button will be enabled or 'active' in red below.
If the Submit Report button is still DISABLED or 'inactive';
Check for these three things:

Hidden Activities below the button: Scroll to the bottom of your Activities List page and ensure that all your Activities are COMPLETE.
NOTE: This has been known to happen with devices with smaller screens or older versions. - Incomplete Activities: Make sure all of your required Activities are COMPLETE.
NOTE: Red bars to the left of the Activity indicate REQUIRED. - Incomplete or Missing Information: Make sure all of your Action Items are COMPLETE.
NOTE: Missing Action Item information will be displayed numerically in red with a pencil icon.
If you still do not have an enabled or 'active' Submit Report button, contact support so our team can help get this submitted.
