1. If you need to reschedule a visit, navigate to the Upcoming section.
(iOS Only - Ensure you are on the My Schedule tab)
2. Tap the Info icon of the visit you want to reschedule.
3. Tap on the Date & Time to begin rescheduling your visit.
4. Keep in mind that there may be scheduling restrictions.
Visits Cannot Be:
–Rescheduled if they have been started or completed
–Scheduled for dates in the past
–Only schedule on available dates and times
–Only schedule 8 hours (480 minutes) of work a day
5. Repeat the same steps you went through when you first scheduled your visit.
(Note - You will also need to confirm the visit again)
