1. If you need to reschedule a visit, navigate to the Upcoming section.
(iOS Only - Ensure you are on the My Schedule tab)
2. Tap the Info icon of the visit you want to reschedule.
3. Tap on the Date & Time to begin rescheduling your visit.
4. Keep in mind that there may be scheduling restrictions.
Visits Cannot Be:
– Rescheduled if they have been started or completed
– Scheduled for dates in the past
– Only schedule on available dates and times
– Only schedule 8 hours (480 minutes) of work a day
5. Schedule the Visit (as before).
(Note - You will also need to confirm the visit again)
If you are unable to reschedule the visit on your own within the ThirdChannel app and you still want to complete the visit without cancelling, use this Rescheduling Request Form.
NOTE: For rescheduling multiple visits, submit ONE request per program.
