1. From the visits screen, tap the (to) Schedule section to view available visits.
(iOS Only - Ensure you are on the Available tab)
• The badge indicates the number of visits available to schedule.
• The visit card contains all details regarding the visit.
2. Tap on Set Date or Claim to schedule a visit.
- Set Date = the visit is assigned directly to you
- Claim = the visit is assigned to a community of agents
3. Tap on an available date for your visit.
• Some visits require you to set a time. Drag the green time slot to the desired start time.
• Tap on Set Date to confirm the visit time and date.
4. Your date and time are now set.
Some visits require an additional confirmation step.
