*NEW UPDATES* Tracking Your Earnings

You can easily keep track of your earnings through the mobile app or the website. This article will show you how to view potential earnings for available or scheduled visits, track earnings for completed visits that haven't been paid out yet, and access a full breakdown of past earnings.

1. You can track your Earnings in the mobile app. The Earnings section is listed on your profile screen. You’ll see two fields:

• Last Payment – the amount you were most recently paid out.

• Unpaid Earnings – the total amount you’ve earned but have not yet been paid.

(*) The Earnings fields are not based on pay periods. After each visit, Unpaid Earnings update automatically. Once you receive your payment, that amount moves to Last Payment. Unpaid Earnings includes all unpaid amounts, even those earned after a pay period ends.

       

Unpaid Earnings may not match your next paycheck total, since payments are processed by pay periods.

2. You can also click on the Visits to see the Earnings for an Upcoming Visit.

(*) The earnings for each visit will show in the bottom gray bar of each visit card.

3. To review past earnings in detail, you'll need to visit the website directly at www.ThirdChannel.com and then navigate to your Profile page.

• Navigate to your profile via the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen. 
• If you're in more than one program, then click on one of your programs.
• Click your name, and then click "Profile". 
• An “Earnings” tab should be visible from the top menu bar. 

From there, you can expand the pay date statement you’d like to view.
